The Thunderbird Restaurant is nestled in a valley surrounded by towering mountains that overlook the lush green, Thunderbird Golf Course . Panoramic vistas, clear skies and stunning scenery surround this gem. Inside the friendly atmosphere and warm relaxing ambiance lends to vacation enjoyment. Feast on hearty meals ranging from simple children's meals to luscious steak and shrimp served with loaves of warm homemade bread. About the sign: The founder, Jack Morrison, spelled home made pie as ho-made so the letter would fit on the small sign. It was not until later that the word "ho" got it's current meaning.
